She is a Certified OD Practitioner, Certified Accelerated Learning Practitioner, Certified ISCP Coach, MBTi Psychological Type for adults & children and Virtual Learning Facilitation.

Has 20 years working experience in Shell Malaysia. He held both local and regional roles, heading teams in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, in the areas of Retail Operations, Marketing, Convenience Retailing, Engineering and Payment & Loyalty. Haniff is a Certified ISCP Coach and is currently active in coaching professionals as well as SME entrepreneurs in business innovation.

Jacqueline Teo is a dynamic L&D professional with a diverse background in marketing and business development. She has over 15 years of experience in the training and development industry. She holds an MBA from Putra Business School. Additionally, Jacqueline is a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Certified Training Professional (CTP), Certified Game-based Learning Practitioner, and Certified NLP Practitioner.

Early in her career, Jacqueline was a conference manager, having developed and organized over 80 business conferences in the span of 5 years. She worked with speakers and industry experts from United States, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Philippines, and Malaysia.

Outside the professional sphere, Jacqueline indulges in her passion for gaming, particularly open-world role-playing games with a survival theme. This interest has granted her valuable insights into the psychology of gamers and the potential of game-based learning for training and development.
